When Can I Claim Against My GP?

A GP’s job is to assess a wide variety of patients, and make medical diagnoses to help them recover. They must decide whether or not they can treat a patient, and if not, who they should be referred to – whether A&E or a specialist.

GPs are human, and therefore make mistakes. Nonetheless, these can prove extremely costly.
