Training and Course Fees
We have a developed an extensive Annual Training Agenda for all areas of the business that encompasses everything from key technical aspects to each position, industry changes and up-skilling exercises.
Asons invests in those that show great potential in the long-term, and subsidise any course fees, ILEX costs and additional learning.
Management Training
Managers benefit from a fantastic management training programme, that equips our leaders' business-wide with a wealth of soft skills, enhancing not only team performance, but their own.
Retention Policy
Last year we achieved a staggering 97% retention rate! We believe this is primarily down to the way we support each individual and provide them with great experiences and learning opportunities.
Salaries
Salaries are reviewed every year in line with industry market pricing for all specialist areas. Increments in pay are rewarded following a full assessment of team and individual KPI performance.
Bonuses
Monthly bonuses are awarded to our Legal Teams based on KPI across each team. These are a fantastic way to recognise the efforts and contributions of our employees business-wide.
Additional bonuses have been set up to identify those that really do go that 'extra mile' - Employees that are consistently providing a quality of service benefit from and Accelarated Pay Scheme
