Asons to Recruit 117 New Employees, Expands by an Extra 6,000ft²
Asons Solicitors have grown from a 3 man outfit to a burgeoning law firm that employs over 130 legal executives. Now, after striking a landmark funding deal with HSBC, Asons will be employing a further 117 staff to cope with increased demand.

Currently situated on the 5th floor at the prestigious 120 Bark Street building; Asons Solicitors relocated there after outgrowing their previous offices on Chorley New Road. To make space for their future new-starters, Asons have signed a deal to acquire an additional 6,000 square feet of office space on the 4th floor within the same building.
The deal was signed last Wednesday after extensive negotiations; with the floor currently being fitted-out for use before the New Year.
Practice Manager Mr Imran Akram stated that:
“This is obviously great news for the firm. At a time where many law firms are consolidating, we’re experiencing extensive growth. The new floor space will enable us to recruit an additional 117 employees, almost doubling our existing legal team. With this additional capacity, we’ll be able to provide a variety of new services whilst improving our already excellent customer service. Clients will benefit from increased time and support, and the local community will benefit as 117 new jobs are created. I think this is great news for Bolton and the local businesses alike.”
The move comes after Asons setup their own clinical negligence department; with further plans to move into corporate services.
“If you look at other big law firms, you’ll find that they cater for a variety of individual and corporate needs; with many of them based in well-established city-centre locations. We could move, but Bolton’s been good to us. It has excellent transport links, everything our employees might need is on the doorstep, and there’s a lot of untapped talent in the area. So as far as we’re concerned, Bolton has everything we need to prosper and grow as a business… So we’ll stay put” adds Mr Akram.
This momentous growth has seen HSBC partner with Asons, to show other growing businesses that support is available for those companies that can make capital work to their advantage; essentially making Asons the face of the new HSBC campaign. Recruitment is already underway, with jobs advertised on the Asons website and across local media such as The Bolton News and on other online job boards.
