Fee Earner - Industrial Disease

As one of the largest personal injury specialists in Bolton and due to expansion, we are now looking for a fee earner to join our ambitious company. What We Are Looking For:
- Proactively maintain your own case load from inception through to conclusion
- Managing your case load to to make sure your clients are up to date and informed
- Being able to work with a mixed case load ffrom VWF, fatal disease and serious illnesses
- Good communication skills both spoken and written
- Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Having the ability to plan and prioritise your case load effectively
- Working from your own Action List within our Case Management System
- Accuracy with record keeping
- Experience preferred but not necessary
- To ensure complaince with the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007 (as amended)
