17th June 2011 - Asons Solicitors is awarded 'Gold' and joins the elite

Asons Solicitors, has joined the elite section of Investors in People Businesses. Their accreditation to Gold standard in June has seen them join a select group that make up less then than 210 other accredited national companies and the ONLY Law firm to be awarded the Gold award.
 
The accreditation is awarded to organisations that demonstrate a commitment to the learning and development of their employees and achieve best practice in people management

Lexcel is the practice management standard awarded by the Law Society of England and Wales. 

It is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. 

Lexcel accredited practices undergo a rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure that they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management. 

The firm has also invested the time and effort in achieving the Investors in People award
